What We Want:

We require a professional Sales Lead Generator.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time candidate that can work dynamically with other members of our team, our vendor partners, our clients, and with potential clients. As such, this position utilizes technical/organizational skills to support sales relationships for all accounts. The candidate will be working out of our Glendale office.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Sales Lead Generator, this position will be trained and supervised to be the Sales Lead Generator for vendor partners, customers and internal departments at LANAIR. The ultimate goal is for the Sales Lead Generator to be able to independently take their own calls and produce leads.


Responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:
  • Responsible for contacting prospective LANAIR customers and passing the call to the Sr. Lead Generator to schedule qualified appointments for the Solutions Sales Consultants.
  • Doing internet research to find decision maker’s contact and company information.
  • Responsible for driving attendance to LANAIR Lunch Seminar Series, Tech Talk and Business Mixer events held by LANAIR.
  • May be required to write up opportunities, pass the lead to the Solutions Sales Consultants and send outlook calendar invites.
  • Coordinates and maintains relationships with customers to assist them and intra-department personnel with general technical product support. This includes product information in White Papers, Sales and Marketing materials, reading through and assessing customer specifications from simple to complex customer requests.
  • Ability to conduct conversations with technical counterparts internally and externally with respect to technical, installation and trouble shooting. Uses probing skills to clearly understand customer requirements.
  • Responsible for handling miscellaneous projects that help build customer intimacy to help LANAIR be "faster, better and easier" to do business with - to include, but not limited to, quotation follow up, phone surveys, pro-active customer calls, telemarketing, business development activities, etc.
  • Responsible for entering and maintaining client information in LANAIR CRM system.
  • Must possess attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience with VMware platform.
  2. Recent college graduate or current undergraduate students welcome.
  3. Friendly and conversational
  4. Entrepreneurial
  5. Must be detail oriented, team player and technologically savvy.
  6. Fast Learner
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
  8. Must be comfortable with Microsoft products.
