LANAIR Careers / CA Mitel Solution Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Mitel Solution Sales Consultant for our Glendale office.

General Summary:

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Mitel Solution Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant is responsible for increasing LANAIR's Unified Communications Solutions' market share, which includes sales of Mitel's portfolio of industry leading premise communications solutions and cloud architectures. Our solutions require an understanding of UC desktop and mobile applications, Unified Messaging, Contact Center Solutions, SIP trunking, and data center technologies.

Responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:
  • Perform outside sales prospecting to identify new client opportunities
  • Experience with Mitel Solutions preferred
  • Experience with other VOIP solutions and technologies a plus
  • Perform Mitel Solution sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Understand a prospective client's business objectives and which LANAIR Unified Communication Services offering provides value to the prospect
  • Accurately represent LANAIR's Unified Communication offerings to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate client information within LANAIR's CRM tool
  • Diligently follow-up on leads provided through LANAIR's team members
  • Work alongside LANAIR's team members to communicate the value of LANAIR's Unified Communications offerings to existing customers
  • Work alongside LANAIR's Client Services team ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical decision makers, influencers and senior management.

  • Excellent consultancy skills and ability to work cross-functionally with LANAIR's internal teams and partner organizations

  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and client services meetings
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial sales requiring a self-motivated approach
  • Extremely comfortable presenting to C-level audiences

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business to business consultive sales
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Enterprise Information Technology and UC Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Confident, reliable and driven to succeed
